They refused to give you any extra supplies. I asked for toilet paper, paper towels, & Coffee filters. I was told to go to the closest grocery store and get it myself!!! 😳 7. Honestly nobody who goes there follows the rules as we found the butt’s of marijuana joints in the pool area. This obviously shows me that nobody looks at the grounds before others arrive! There were soda cans and chip bag stuck in the trees along side the pool. 8. There was a pool screen that was broken. It appeared that somebody had duck taped it but it fell down anyway. There was a very large and scary raccoon that rummages through everyone’s trash. It was out in mid day and is not scared of people! The hole in the screen can provide unwanted visitors. They didn’t fix it when I asked! 9. The dishwasher was broken but they ask you to clean all dishes before leaving. They only leave you two dishwasher tablets. So if you need to do any other dishes you will have to buy your own stuff. I asked them to fix the dishwasher and nobody ever showed up. They don’t even provide dish soap so you can wash dishes. So the first day I was doing dishes with shampoo. I was then told that they provided me with a starter pack which contained one flimsy garbage bags, two dishwashing tabs, and a sponge. (For 4 days) 10. No maps so basically Figure it out yourself. PLEASE BEWARE: It appears that the company shocks the pool prior to the next guest arrival. This is extremely dangerous and could cause permanent harm and/or death. The company does not share this information! My 27-year-old swam in the pool with no goggles as he was playing with the other children in the pool who all were wearing goggles. My sons eyes were swollen, burning, and he had blurry vision after swimming for one hour. The 7 y/o’s face was red and irritated. We also had a three-year-old who was swallowing the water because that’s what children do. This could have caused throat burns if done in excessive amounts. My sons eyes remain swollen for about 24 hours and nothing helped the pain! When I complain to the company they said nothing until after I left. They charge for everything!! Extra 2 hours for a noon check out $75. Use the gas grill $50 bucks (ridiculous) Pool or jacuzzi heat $30 (x’s 3 night per company) = $90. Check the thermostat!! Some bozo put the heat on in the house! It was so hot in there we were sweating and had no idea why. Who puts the heat on, in Florida, in 90° weather? We had to switch it to air!!!! There are no dish towels to dry hands with. I actually used the napkins that were on the table for show because we were running out of paper towels so quickly. The positives: They had a pack n play, 2 high chairs, stroller, and a car seat in the house for people to use. Rooms had fans, bathrooms were good size, upstairs tv room has a sofa bed. Pool has a child gate!! That was awesome! They did have pool towels. The house was a good size for a family but never again! The community pool It appears that you can bring your own tube floats. You cannot bring food or drinks inside. There is a large pool. A small slide that leads into the lazy river. A child’s pad water area. If you want a real water park go to H2O. Use Groupon to get a half off discount. 😁 There was NO LINES! My 19 y/o loved it!!

House was as advertised. Size was perfect. Outdoor patio furniture needs attention. Set is of low quality and only 5 chairs for a house that could have 10 people. We only had 6 adults and 2 children so we were a little short for outdoor seats. Other+ Morewhite lounge chair is really beat up and not very pleasant looking. We were not in the registry and could not enter the community when we showed up but one quick text and that was rectified. We overall were pleased with the property and would stay again.

Great stay. Everything was as advertised. The accommodations was perfect for my family. The water park was great for the kids and adults. The area was great and made us feel secure. We looked at other reviews to see what was needed so we came+ Moreprepared with extra essentials such as tissue, garbage bags, etc. Overall I would definitely book again. We did take pictures upon arrival and when we left just as a precaution but I would definitely stay here again.

House was nice, but issues. They did not have our name at the gate when checking in, still showed previous party. We had a party of 7, only 6 bath towels on the entire house, no washcloths or bath mats (when stepping out of shower for safety),+ Morepool was very low, well below filter, dishwasher was broken so we could not use. Fan in main room worked for a day or two then wouldn't turn on again, not all tv remotes worked, some only one channel. No basics like salt/pepper, pen/paper, can/bottle opener. An area of screen (around the pool) had two large rips so any animal/child could go through it. Supposed to put trash out in a small container everyday, which we did, but still had alot to deal with on the last day. Notice in house says extra trash to be taken to compactor...no map or location where the compactor is..entry gate people had no idea. Note says renters will be charged $100.00 if extra bags are outside of the required area...hope that doesn't happen, we were not the only ones with extra trash!! In the end, our name did get updated to get through the gate entry, additional bath towels delivered, pool water added (we spent ALOT of time in the pool!). House was large and nice to have all the beds and bathrooms.

I was surprised that only one roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and 1 trash bag was all that was provided. We also paid for hot tub to be hot but it was never above 90? Then having to take out trash and clean before we left after+ Morestaying for 7 days and paying for cleaning was disappointing. The bed In the Master Suite downstairs was bad and had a broken side???We can’t recommend this place and wouldn’t rent again!

In general the stay was good! We enjoyed the house, rooms, large bathrooms, proximity to the clubhouse. The negatives were the hot tub was more like bath water. It never got hot. The pool temperature was perfect though! Also the pool stopped heating+ Moreafter a certain time that was pretty annoying so we had to run the hot to keep the pool at a good temperature. The hot tub water level also dropped after a few days. The other negative was we paid for grilling but there was no propane in the tank. And lastly limited cookware. The pans were 8 and 6 inch. And since we came during thanksgiving that made cooking difficult. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

It looks different from the listing and in person. It looks like a nice clean house in pics but in person there was a huge hole in the downstairs bathroom wall. Stairwells we’re sticky. All corners, baseboards, and edges of ceiling air vents were+ Morevery dirty. There were stains on the carpet, bed linen, and curtains. There were webs in the corners. There was a bandaid stuck to the table in the upstairs living room and one on the twin girls bedroom. Light in master bathroom in the toilet area was out, ice maker didn’t work, and front porch light worked when it wanted to. I messaged the company my first night there and never heard back from them. Shower caulk is moldy and needs to be replaced. Garage was filthy. Paid for heated pool and the pool and hot tub were the same temperature (barely warm). The house looked straightened up instead of actually cleaned. The price per night definitely didn’t match what we got. They only got 3 stars from us because our kids had so much fun in the pool.

Beautiful home with spacious rooms and bathrooms! The amenities and pool were a great addition! Communication was quick, did have to message about cleanliness of the pool. When I did, owner immediately responded and sent pool maintenance the next+ Moreday. Neighbors were very loud morning and night but very peaceful indoors. Home has a lot of wear and walls, throw pillows were a bit unkept but this didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and stay here!
