Never could find the Water Park that was advertised. When we put it into our GPS the road was blocked and there was no access. We traveled around the area looking for it to no avail. Other than that everything was great.

The couch in the living room was peeling really bad. It had little pieces of white stuff everywhere. Even in the dryer. Also one of the electrical plugs in the bedrooms at the end of the hall upstairs did not work. The one to the right of the bed.+ MoreThe lamp plug worked but not the other one. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay. It is well laid out; sort of giving everyone their own space, and the pool was delightful!

Poorly maintained property! ANTS IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS! Clueless host...no pot holders, no broom, no dish towels or dish drainer, 5 bedrooms sleeps ten...4 wash cloths and 4 face/hand towels. Threadbare furniture! The gates in and out of+ Moreproperty always logjammed. The gate 4 houses from property never worked with scan or code provided...had to make a u-turn and drive miles to other gate that was always packed and slow. They fineally just left closest gate open because couldnt get it to work.... so many complaints. Will never stay on this property again!

Our Townhouse was fantastic for our large group, the five bedrooms and four bathrooms came in handy. The water park is awesome we could have spent the whole time there with our grandkids. Very centrally located for our trips to Disney and universal+ More, we plan on being back, thanks for having us.

Our frustration on this accommodation booking is that Agent = De Paula Realty, do not personally interact with or to our enquiries or requests. Treated like an automated chat facility. They do not answer calls or messages sent. A few flaws with the+ Moreproperty and rules, so rubbish had to be in black bags, only known on arrival. Need pots replacing, inside toaster is rusty, no kettle to boil water for cup of tea. No crockery, all tough plastic plates and bowls. Remote control for TV upstairs had corroded batteries and didn’t work. The best part was the Storey Lake club facilities - we loved the pool and lazy river there.

Everything was so nice and clean. Loved how we had our own little patio and pool to sit out at after a long day at the amazing community pool that was just a short walk away. The house is very spacious and perfect for big families.

The house was large enough to accommodate our family of 8. The furniture should be updated though as it showed quite a bit of wear and tear. Pillows and sheets should be replaced as most pillows were flat and done sheets had pilling. There really+ Moreshould be more than 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 laundry soap and 2 trash bags provided as a courtesy though. After spending so much on the trip, having to buy these items is an added expense just to get through 1 week! The house was located close to everything which was nice.

Good morning, We had no issue with entry, thank you for the code. The home was not as clean as expected and furniture a little worn. Accommodated family member staying and close to the parks we chose to attend. Unable to access the club area and+ Morewater accommodations. Pool was not as pristine so unable to use.

There typically is extra toilet paper and trash bags left for week long guests, there needs to be pot holders added to the kitchen and the filter in the refrigerator water dispenser is long overdo for replacement, someone came into the pool area and+ Moreput the hose in and turned it on but left and it was running when we returned, the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and no where to put feet up and relax and every shower is slippery with rugs that are dangerously slick, there were no rails or supports of any kind for handicapped individuals in any bathroom, in general it needs a deep clean as behind doors and baseboards there was thick dust. In general it was a lovely place but not family friendly for a diverse group

We enjoyed our stay at the house. There was plenty of room for us and our family that visited us during our stay. When we needed service requested it was taken care of within 24 hours of our request. The only thing I would say that would have been+ Morebeneficial if there was a phone number provided for the shuttle for the waterpark, and a walking map. The house could use a stronger internet connection.The only concern I have was the check out information stated do not strip the beds. In this COVID world I would have thought that would be required.

The unit was amazing as it had everything that we needed. My only complaint was that it was superficially clean. The bathrooms upstairs were pretty gross and had dirt on the side walls around the floor. The toilet paper holders and two of the+ Morebathrooms were falling off the walls. It could use a good wipe down all the way around, you can see the traffic and wear and tear on the walls in the hallway going upstairs from previous guests we enjoyed our stay and made it work but it would definitely be advisable to have a thorough cleaning every few months. I should probably get rid of the bicycle that’s on the patio with a blown out tire to as it just looks trashy.

The 5BR/4 Bath townhouse we stayed in would have been very nice if it had been cleaner. It looked nice when we first walked in; however, upon further inspection it didnt seem like a cleaning crew actually cleaned and prepped the place properly+ Moreafter the last guests. These were the cons: *There werent enough washcloths and towels, * Main floor bathroom had hair in the shower drain, little black bugs in the toilet/shower area (dont know what they were) and ants by the sink. *Bed in Primary bedroom had large tear in upholstry where mattress sits * Only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms had TVs. *You dont reach a live contact with number given, can only leave a message. After we wiped down all the surfaces with Lysol wipes, washed all the linens (washer/dryer provided), bought washcloths from a nearby Walmart, we made lemonade out of lemons.

I would give a five star if the company would have addressed our call and email regarding that the clothes dryer would not start. It was plugged in and no power. Secondly for a four bath, 5 bedroom condo we had only one or twice towels per+ Morebathroom. My husband and I didn’t even have one washcloth for the master suite and for 7 nights!! Ridiculous! We should get a partial refund. The pros: pretty place for family, gated and close easy access to parks! The water park is great!

The place was perfectly located, the amenities were really nice and easily accessible, the home was clean and had a nice layout. My complaint is that i did need to call several times before I was able to get someone to answer the phone on check-in+ Moreday. However, once I did get someone on the line, she was very helpful and provided parking permit and water park access info that was not provided in the check-in email sent. My biggest issue with this unit was the linens. The bedding was absolutely horrible quality, the sheets were noticeably warn, comforters were torn and dorm room quality. As a family spending thousands to stay in your rental for a just a few days , I expect to have a hotel quality bedding and bathroom linens including bathmats which badly need replacement. Suggestion: Costco sells high quality bedding that feels luxurious, that will not break the bank! With this small upgrade, I think you’ll find that you will have more return visitors and referrals to your property. Hope u find this helpful.

We really liked the property. Everything was there as advertised and we were comfortable there. There’s lots of amenities nearby. We were travelling with kids and it was nice to have all the space around the house as well as lots of shopping+ More(eg wal-Mart etc) nearby to get food etc so we could cook at home. The kitchen was well outfitted, and the rooms comfortable. Our pool pump wasn’t working at first but the owners quickly dealt with that. Overall a great spot. The water park area was great too! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of three was we did find it a little noisy at night. We are used to really quiet sleeping conditions though so this might not be a problem for someone else.

We arrived Sunday August 4-7 2019. What a beautiful well kept home. We enjoyed our stay and will be back….

The house was great,everything was clean and accessible. The only thing I have to suggest is the thermostat. The house is cold during the day, and extremely hot in the middle of the night. Everyone on both floors would wake in the night very warm+ Moreand uncomfortable, with no way of changing the temperature. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

The unit met our expectations. However there were a few issues with regard to missing kitchen utensils. Also there were damages in the unit that I’m hopeful was listed prior to our arrival. Additionally the most disappointing aspect was this unit+ Morefurniture was not child proof and somewhat dangerous whereas quite nice looking. The gates sensors for entrance never worked at all making it accident prone for people trying to enter and exit at the same gate as it opened. The location was great as well as the water park. Our stay was quite enjoyable. I would stay again.

So we packed towels and left some clothes and hair products home unnecessarily. You+ Morealso have a small ant problem. Fought them daily. My friends and I stayed here when we went to Orlando for a girls weekend/Disney Star Wars half marathon. The house was clean and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The realty company had great communication with me through the booking process,+ Morecheckin and checkout and answered all of my questions promptly and in a friendly manner. (Thanks, Emma!) We have stayed in Storey Lake for our last 3 race trips and the area is secured by gate/guard. It's only about a 10-15 minute trip to Disney parks and close to Publix/Walmart. I would definitely recommend this house and De Paula Vacations to anyone.

The home is well equiped, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and ideal for a family to stay in. It has been one of the nicest home I've had the plesure of staying in while visiting Orlando/Kissimmee, and I've stayed in plenty of homes since my+ Morelittle ones were born. Overall, don't hesitate to stay and book this home, the community is quiet and new, and the location is ideal for shopping. There are shopping centers close by to do your shopping at, including a Publix, Walmart and Target. Also, it is close to main roads (US 194 and I-4) to get to all theme parks.
