I was very disappointed with the rental. The walls were very dirty, the carpet was filthy, the master toilet wasn’t cleaned although it was taped shut as if it had been cleaned. The ice maker on the fridge was moldy. The sofa was worn down and+ Moreraggedy. There were cobwebs everywhere.I even had to wash a comforter off the bed because it wasn’t clean on arrival. I messaged the property manager about the condition of the property but I didn’t get a response after they asked me to send pictures. I won’t ever rent from them again

Everything is nice, the only problem is that the towels they left were not washed, the smell was very bad, they need to paint the house and do a very good cleaning

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied!! First off, the patio chairs by the pool was so rusted that it was unusable, the furniture in the living room was very warned that it was peeling, it was marks on the walls threw out the property, it was a+ Moreline in one of the TV’s and it had mold on the door and even after notifying them about all of that especially the mold they did nothing but ignored me and never responded back nor contacted me but the over all experience of being in Orlando was great but I will never rent a property from this company ever again!!

I enjoyed the stay but the pool had a broken bracelet in it so I assume it wasn't cleaned the lawn chairs were rusted and broken off at the bottom so we couldn't sit on them the wall were filthy and all marked up the pillows on the couch had stain+ Moreon them and so did my sons bed so he slept on the couch the stuffing was coming out of the pillows the sink up stairs in my room was clogged apon checking out they really had to audacity to message me if I check out early to let them know so the cleaning crew could come early as 10 am is check out which I thought was early enough I payed a cleaning fee and had to make sure I cleaned everything before I left so what was the cleaning fee for it was ok but never staying there again goodluck to the next customers

The place was well maintained and very accomodating

Upon arrival the pool was green and dirty but the pool guy did come out the next day to clean it. There's mold near the ac vents on the ceiling in living room, the door handle to the bedroom with bunk bed doesnt work properly, carpets need a little+ Morecleaning and the furniture in living room is worn out. Other than that house is beautiful and spacious but just need a little more maintaining.

1 week before we arrived we attempted to contact De Paula to make sure the home had a pack and play for our infant. We left messages, texts, and emails and no reply. Once we arrived at the vacation home we noticed how unclean it was. The countertop+ Morewas covered in crumbs, the dishes were grimy, one had lipstick still on it and there was oil from someone cooking on the stovetop all over the cupboards. There was one role of toilet paper per bathroom...for 8 people for 5 days, obviously not enough. The walls could also use a magic eraser or a fresh coat of paint since they were really scuffed up and dirty.

Our stay was really nice 12 minutes from Walmart the only thing we didn’t like was the WiFi it was really really slow but over all it was a really nice and clean house would love to stay again

The unit is spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean, however the carpet was filthy. Although reflected in the price of the rental, I was not expecting luxury, the state of the carpet was worse than a fraternity house. Considering the+ Morerest of the house felt and looked clean, it was very surprising just how spotted and worn it was. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The main pool was great as well. If noise is an issue for you, this may not be a good place as every sound from every house on the pond carries.

Everything was good, the wifi connection wasn't that great at times, it would drop many calls, but we just went outside to keep the call. But that didn't make the overall experience bad. We look forward to coming back. The host was very fast with+ Moreresponding to our needs. Will definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. It is an expensive house and we expected a high standard of cleanliness, however the house was delivered unpleasantly dirty. The whole carpet was disgusting, the walls, windows and their frames full of+ Moredirt and insects. Bedding and towels were of poor quality and cleanliness, we washed them again; They also knew that we were 14 people and they only gave us 6 towels, what were you thinking about ? The condition of some pillows was very unpleasant, we found someone else's underwear and a lighter under the mattress. Please don't pay so much money for such a dirty site. It is the first time that we come to a rental house where there is hardly a roll of toilet paper in the middle and there were no additional rolls, did you think we would carry toilet paper in our suitcase? We didn't have to buy it either, they are basic elements that have to be included. You never answered our messages requesting enough towels and some other basic needs that we didn’t have. You never answered .

We had a great time. House was a perfect fit for our 8 adults and 3 kids with room to spare. Only one small issue with some of the towels that had a bad odor to them. Seems like they were left in the dryer too long. Other than that, everything was+ Moreperfect.

It was a wonderful place great pool close to everything we would have loved to stay longer but had to cut are trip short because of this coronavirus worried we would not get back to Canada

From check in to check out and the days I’m between our stay was phenomenal! The accommodations were spacious and look just like the photos. We will be staying here again when we return to Florida!!!

I rented to visted my son that graduated from college USF. We had an amazing time on the property. The house was CLEAN!! to my standards. Everything was working properly. The gated community was easy to access via the guard. I would rent again in a+ Moreheart beat.

Everything was as seen online...actually better in person. Nice quiet area,clean,spacious. Would definitely rent from them again

It was amazing! The place was so clean and just like the photos. The pool was a lot of fun at the house and in the condo as well. Great service!

The house was amazing! My family had a wonderful time during our week stay. The house is perfect for larger groups and the private pool on the deck is perfect. Having access to the resort was an added bonus - the pool, lazy river, gym, and sport+ Morecourts were perfect for all ages. We would definitely recommend this house and would come back again.

The condo was beautifully decorated and has a great layout. We were 2 families with 5 kids and we had lots of space for everyone. It’s located in a nice resort, seemed like all new construction, and has great amenities. Our questions were always+ Moreanswered quickly. We had requested to have the pool heated upon arrival, which it was. We loved spending time in the pool area. There’s a 1/2 bath accessible from the pool area, which is brilliant. This condo had more privacy because of the lake situated in the backyard. Everything in the house for our use was new (or like new): dinnerware, towels, patio furniture. There’s parking space for 2 vehicles, but it’s quite tight, so I’d recommend a small or medium vehicle if you’re renting. The neighbours were in our spot a few times, but it didn’t become an issue. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great home and resort. Did take several days to get lock fixed, but they got it. Loud party last night there kept people from sleeping. Would def recommend.

This house was exactly what we were looking for! It’s clean, very well maintained and in a great location. The management is amazing and answered all of our many questions! We cannot wait to be back there next year.

More towels More toilet paper Please Provide basics in the kitchen like a couple of kitchen rags a hot pot holder some cleaning supplies etc.

This Vaction home was everything, My family and I loved the home decor and the appliances. The only thing about this house that there’s barely any service, I think due to it’s a new development. But overall we were highly satisfied with our+ Morestay. !!

Major major disappointment was there was no Xbox as listed. With 3 young sons 12, 8 and 4 the Xbox was a big deciding factor when choosing this home. The house was nice and clean however the walls were really scoffed that’s gives the feeling of+ Morethe property being a little worn down. Only other thing that would make the home better is if TVs in bedrooms where a little bigger. Other then that home was nicely decorated and kitchen was very well stocked.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was brand new and offered more than enough room for our two families to stay comfortably while we visited Orlando.

Home was beautiful beds were comfortable location was great loved the clubhouse perfect for the kids. The only issue we really had was there wasn’t even towels or facecloths. Pool was a bonus kids loved it after a long day at Disney would+ Moredefinitely be back and would certainly refer to others. Great stay !!!
