because there were nails coming up through the carpet. The queen room the bed you couldn’t sleep on because it he box spring and mattress was horrible. The caret was stained and disgusting one of the closet doors you could hardly get it open. The dresser doors wouldn’t close. The toilet would not flush right. The bunk bed room the carpet was disgusting and dirty. The king size room the carpet was disgusting, the patio door didn’t have an handle. That bathroom one of the faucet handles kept going around. The kitchen the lights kept flicking, the faucet was broken. The chairs have the bottoms falling off of them. The ai hockey table doesn’t have enough pressure to play with, there are no tips on the pool sticks and there are balls missing. The dryer isn’t working right it takes like two hours to dry a small load of clothes. There are holes all over the screen in back deck. There are lizards living in under the stones where the spa is. The pool net my husband tried to piece it back together with string he brought along. The patio furniture you better be careful when you sit because it’s broken. There is grass coming up through the stones. The big patio doors won’t lock so someone had to stay there all the time. The patio doors only have half a blind the rest is hanging off. The patio door foot stop is dirty. The whole house is in desperate need of a deep clean and paint. The air vents in the ceiling are covered in dust and dirt. You can see mould around the spa. For what I paid I definitely did not get my moneys worth in fact my husband refers to it as the dump. I would not ever go back again. I would do zero stars if I could.

I highly recommend De Paula Vacations check in was a Breeze. The property was awesome and the pictures were accurate. The Windsor Hills water park is awesome. The games room, the theater and the burger and ice cream shack were phenomenal. Had lots+ Moreof fun with the family.

Our trip was beautiful. The house was big enough to accommodate us all and was very clean when we arrived. The pool was cleaned the day after we arrived which was good, so we could enjoy the outside. Overall, I would stay at that house again and+ Moreagain. The only ISSUE was we could not have local family visit as the gate would not let anyone in. I think they need to revisit this as families would like for loved ones to be able to visit.

I will do room by room the front door the door box is moving around, there is trash all around the flowers. The room with two singe beds one bed is broken, the carpet is stained and disgusting. So disappointed in this property. It is all show and no go. You are provided the BARE minimum. 1 small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No wash cloths or hand towels. 6 full size towels and that’s it. They sell you on the water park that+ Moreis about 1/4 mile from the home. There are only about 30 parking spots for the entire community so prepare to walk. The pool was dirty. You can hear people walking by when you are in the front bedroom. They scare you with the clean up/trash disposal but only supply 1 trash bag. The game room in the garage was past its prime. So very disappointed

Home was nice, but out dated. No extra TP, paper towels, garbage bags, lights out or flickering and no replacements. Daught cut her foot on bottom of pool vent that needed stitches. Beds were the worst ever, hard and old. No 4 ball on pool table ,+ Moreno coasters any where, Ice maker didn't work.

Very nice clean house and I enjoyed the location and lay out. However the pool really needed to be vacuumed and had a lot of leaves and debris in it. I messaged management but never received a response. Also, there were no wash cloths, dish soap,+ Moreetc. which was disappointing because I thought items like that would be in the house.

Great place! They have everything you possibly need to make a meal, just remember to bring your own spices and stuff bc the house didn’t have any. Plenty of towels for everyone, super clean. The game room was super cool and everything worked+ Moreperfectly! Only 30 mins with traffic from Universal and Islands, should be closer from Disney but we didn’t go. The hosts responds very quickly, we had an issue with the AC and in less than 2 hours we contacted the host the technician passed by. I recommend it to anyone going with a group of people!

My family stayed in this house for 3 nights. Check in at the gate was easy and quick. The house is spacious and in a beautiful community, but needs major upkeep. The mattresses are uncomfortably hard and very squeaky. The pool area has a rodent+ Moreproblem and needs to be deep cleaned. Every morning we would wake up to rodent droppings on the pool furniture. There’s holes in the screens outside where the rodents are most likely getting in. The blinds in the living room need to be replaced. There’s numerous blinds missing which makes it very easy for neighboring properties to see inside the house. This is definitely a privacy concern. Rating this 3 out of 5 stars because the resort pool was great and the community was clean and quiet. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Awesome house and awesome Staff we truly enjoyed ourselves and definitely will visit again through De Paula Vacation Rentals check-in was easy. Other than not having enough towels we have been vacationing at Windsor Hills for 3 yrs now and most+ Moreplaces are fully stocked on Towels and Pool Towels most places we visited had at least a dozen towels in each Bathroom closet and had over 10 to 15 Pool Towels especially in the homes that are renting to Large amount of guests. The house did not seem to be kept up. There was a rug in front of the sliding doors that was curled & tripped over a few times. Food in dishwasher. Hot tub not hot. Threshold in front of bedroom door had tacks exposed. Ice maker did not work. The+ Morescreen over pool was torn for a couple of days during our stay. a few messages of need and concern went unanswered during out stay. I am owed additional money for 2 days of pool heat because we shut it off on day 1 of 8 days and agreed to the 3 night minimum charge. It also took two days to correct our grill+ Moreissue that prevented us from using it. The carpets are dirty and need replacement, exposed tack strip in the childrens bedroom was a danger to the crawling baby and the two young ones. The pool was a positive and plenty of seating and TVs if we all had varied taste.

The house was beautiful, modern! It was spacious enough where everyone had their own space but had a nice cozy feel that we didn’t feel like we are too far away. The kids loved the game room in the garage & private pool! It was easy to book & when+ MoreI had questions you guys were very good about answering the phone right away. The only thing I was disappointed in was I didn’t read the instructions about the pool heat & to notify you guys at least three days in advance if we wanted to use it. I wrongly assumed the pool heat was automatically apart of the stay. But now I know & will make sure to do plan ahead of time. Thank you!

Hello, A couple things we had noticed while staying at your property last week. We had noticed the deck area around the pool had quite a bit of weeds growing as well as a couple holes in the screened porched will allowed a squirrel to enter the+ Morepool area. The pool water (when we first arrived) was about 5 inches below the skimmer. The skimmer was just sucking air so I filled up the pool using the adjacent garden hose. We did not see the pool guy until we were leaving the house the following Thursday, so I am not sure if they come weekly to check the pool water level and chemicals?? There were only a handful of towels at the location and we were constantly having to do laundry. The lights in the pool were not working so we could not swim out there at night. The play area in the garage was nice but with the washer/dryer and air conditioner running in the garage, it made the area extremely hot and our kids were not able to spend much time in there. The front door handle was constantly getting stuck so the only way we could close the door was by manually locking it. Overall, the kids enjoyed the minions room and there was plenty of space of everyone. We have been coming down to Windsor Hills for the past 15 years and for the money we spent on this particular house, I believe there are better accommodations within the Windsor Hills area. This house would not be my first choice when we visit Windsor Hills again next year.

The house that we stayed in was excellent. No complaints at all. Enjoyed our stay.

Communication was a bit delayed when trying to contact someone about the Access code to enter the house due to them never sending me the contract agreement That needed to be signed. I payed for the spa and pool for 3 days but when I arrived the+ Morefirst day the jacuzzi was not heated so I had to wait until the next day to be able to use it even though we payed for 3 days of use. The AC ended up not working so we had to contact someone about that as well on our second day which was fixed shortly after thankfully. They charge a $125 cleaning fee which you have to clean your dishes and put all your garbage in the front of the house. Those were the hiccups we encountered, overall the house was clean and beautiful, loved the game room and the water park that’s within the gated community.

On arrival everything looked lovely , however we realized one bathroom Toilet didn’t work , the washer didn’t work and the pool had a cloudy tint which progressively got worse. The grill was in horrible condition and took us a hour to get to+ Morework. We needed up leaving a day early. The water park is not a water park it’s two slides and due to Covid is hard to even get in to. The front gate is ridiculous and takes there job too seriously and made a guest coming to visit impossible . The long lines to even get to gate took 30min . Overall not a good experience.

Good Morning. I just wanted to let you know, while we had an amazing time, the housekeeping could use a lot of help in this particular property (7739 Teascone Blvd). We had previously stayed here in Feb 2020 and it was much cleaner. The pool level+ Morewas very low and ridiculously heavy on the chlorine. We had to drag and run the water hose into the pool to refill it as it was noticeable underfilled. The chlorine, although overwhelming was not coming from the floating pool skimmer. That was empty and there were smaller areas of mold around the tile of the pool. EVERY single bathroom had one half-used roll of toilet paper, which left us without toilet paper on the second day. NOT a single extra roll around the entire house. There were NO paper towels at all and only 2 trash bags. The duration of our stay was 3 nights which barely sufficed for 2 bags. The master bathroom hadn't been flushed when we arrived, and the complimentary soaps have been sitting so long in the metal tray, it was building up rust underneath it. Not a single one of the bathrooms plugs could be used with any hair appliances all over the house, which defeats the purpose of having electrical outlets in the bathrooms. The guard house was extremely rude to us upon arrival, because we were not in the system. Albeit the 24-hr service line was amazing and answered quickly, resolving the issue fast, but the embarrassment of the guard telling us to pull out and make the line again was uncalled for. The foosball table in the garage had an almost broken leg, but should be removed altogether as it is unusable and has a jagged edge. In our previous visit a year ago, none of these things were an issue, which is why I feel the need to bring these to your attention. This is not the review we will be leaving on vrbo as we truly did enjoy our stay, but it is important for the Management to address them. Thank You.

The house was 5 stars!! Large, lots to do, very clean and beautiful. The community pool was lovely and warm! The tennis (also pickle ball) and volleyball court was fantastic and we loved watching the birds and alligator in the fenced in ponds. The+ Moreneighborhood however, needed a bit more surveillance. There was a loud fiesta in our backyard the first night which had been okay as they quieted down by 10 but there was a loud DJ party for two nights across the street that partied very loudly until 2AM the first night and 4:30AM the second. There was also a domestic disturbance with quite a scene on the street one morning. City living I guess... Minutes from Disney and easy to get to just about anywhere. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just as pictured. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. I don’t sleep well in hotels but had no problem sleeping at this house. There was a problem with the pool+ Moreheater, so the pool was a bit chilly but we were still able to swim. The playground is very close to the house which made our 3 little girls very happy. I would recommend this house to everyone and will definitely try to stay here again in the future!
