Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom corner townhouse unit with privacy in gated Emerald Island Resort. Vaulted ceilings and natural light, 2 master suites located on different floors, fully equipped with all of your vacation needs, and access to Emerald Island Resort amenities.
First floor: spacious, open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Patio walk out from the dining room with patio seating, comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV with cable, 1 king master bedroom with full private en-suite bathroom, half bathroom in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Second floor: 1 king master bedroom with full private en-suite bathroom and walk out balcony with seating, bedroom with 2 twin beds, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bathroom in the hallway at the top of the stairs.
All of the bedrooms have TVs with cable and WIFI is included!
In house washer and dryer on the first floor for added vacation convenience.
Highchair and pack n play provided. Sheets, bedding and towels also provided
NOTE: There is a camera outside of the unit located at the front door. There are no cameras inside of the unit.
== ABOUT THE LOCATION ==
Emerald Island Resort is the perfect location! A quick drive to the local theme parks, but far enough that it allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle. Many shops and restaurants nearby the resort.
The resort offers access to a clubhouse, concierge service, ATM, WIFI at the clubhouse, two communal heated pools, spas, and outdoor showers, poolside bar with food, bike rental, fitness center, sauna, three children’s playgrounds, volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball, and 11 acres of nature trails.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: upon arrival to the resort there will be a $20 per vehicle charge to enter the resort. This charge is an Emerald Island Resort charge and it is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another vehicle.

– No smoking (min $250.00 fine)
– No pets allowed (min $250.00 fine)
– No events, parties or large gatherings
– Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
– Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Portal)
– Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)
Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, 2 trash bags, dish liquid, small dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, bar soap, and shampoo/conditioner/lotion) . Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.
