We loved the house but had issues with the pool and were never able to get in touch with management, even though we called for 5 days.

Very nice, comfortable stay! It was a perfect place for us and our friends. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The stay was great I would encourage you to place more than two TV get up to date coffee maker made sure the pool is clean and change the patio furniture very dirty the area was nice .

I really think the townhouse needs a good scrubbing including baseboards etc. also when I walked into the kitchen near the coffeemaker, I walked into a cobweb. Also there is a hole in the upstairs master bathroom. Otherwise our stay was good and+ Morewhenever we needed some direction I texted the number and received my answer quickly.

A very nice property in a very nice community. There are a number of little things that would make a stay at this property more enjoyable for future guests. It is time for the management group to go through this property to address things that need+ Moreattention - kitchen items, a deep cleaning, etc. We had a wonderful vacation and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We’ve been renting places with DePaula directly now for 3 years. Always a good experience and the few times reaching out we always got a quick response. The Storey Lake resort has been great for our family and the price is reasonable for the+ Morearea. It’s a no brainer as it’s close to Disney and provides a lot to do on-premise. Thanks!

Very clean and spacious. Great layout. Beds and bedding very comfy. Pool was perfectly heated and fun. Larger living room and kitchen area than other places we have stayed. Love the giant island in kitchen. My husband was able to set up his+ More“office” to work remotely with ample room for the 3 kids to eat at kitchen island as well. Only negative would be the place needs a fresh coat of paint dents and scuff marks and old rusted garbage cans and bathroom fixtures should be replaced. But overall great place. Would stay again.

The house was very clean & comfortable. We had a problem with the A/C on Saturday night & someone came right out & fixed it!! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

So fun for the kids! Well priced, very clean, will definitely recommend to friends and family. I hope to be able to come back here again.

As mentioned in the reviews, the pictures look exactly like the home. It was very nice, and the kids enjoyed it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because there were only 2 TV''s in the property. Since the home was to accommodate 8+ Morepeople you would think it would be a television in every bedroom for when you are trying to relax after a long day of being out at the parks. Other than that everything was fine. Will be looking to book next year.

I’ll start with the good, good location, close to Disney and the attractions. Lots of restaurants in area to choose from. The townhouse was nice, decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. The reason for the rating of the 1, the unit was very+ Moredirty and we spent the first day and a half cleaning. The floors were sticky with dirt and had to be mopped, there were toenail clippings all over the bathroom upstairs and the shower curtain was moldy so we replaced it. There was poop on the toilet upstairs as well as on the toilet brush. I brought family members on our trip and I was embarrassed at the cleanliness of the unit. Also, we all checked in at the front gate and were issued cards to access the gates, none of these worked. We had to constantly wait until a car left and we would access the development through the exit, it was the only way to get in. Nobody would answer the call bell.the pool heater didn’t work and needed the pool service to come fix it, by the time it was fixed we were spending those days at Disney and not at home for to enjoy the pool, so I paid for the pool to be heated for nothing.I think this could be a great unit, a great vacation spot but needs improvement especially cleaning!!

Everything was awesome!

The place was nice and it had all of the amenities Including some towels although the cushion in the outdoor section by the pool had stains so they appeared very dirty the trashcan in the bathroom downstairs also appeared very old it had like mold+ Morestains. the towel holder in the same bathroom downstairs was broken. The door in the bedroom downstairs to the closet, the knob was also broken. There was a hole in one of the kitchen cabinets. I felt like no one did a walk thru the apartment to replace the broken items before it was rented to us. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

This home was really nice and clean. Will stay there again.

My guests and I enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to have a television and clock in each room that has a queen bed. The glass table in the living room has the potential of causing a serious injury. I hit my knee 3 times on the glass table. I + Morewould stay at the property again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. The check and and check out process was seamless. Our kids really enjoyed the pool as well as being able to grill in February (we are from Wisconsin ?)

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The pictures are a true depiction of what to expect. The condo was clean and comfortable and beautiful. The heated private pool was fantastic, my family enjoyed this heated pool so much. We stayed in March and the+ Moreheated pool was a must for the cooler nights! I’m pretty sure my kids would have just been happy spending everyday all day at this private pool! Thanks so much for everything and we will 150% be back and refer our friends and family to you!

We arrived on Tuesday afternoon and our rental was more than what we expected. The rental was above what we have stayed at before and knew that this would be our new place to stay for future visits. We have been coming down to Florida now 2 times+ Moreper year for the past 4 years with our child for Disney and other attractions and we plan on doing that for many years to come. The rental was perfect, the water park in the community was perfect and the location was central to every attraction we went to. We could not ask for more and we thought we would no longer have to search for other places because this rental was perfect. Then Friday came. An influx of new guests arrived and the conduct of the new guests turned this perfect vacation into a nightmare. The new vacationers played loud music till around 3:30 in the morning while partying so loud they could be heard throughout the community. Guests were drunkenly walking pass our back pool area visibly intoxicated and talking loudly throughout the night. My daughter was awakened several times during the night and I had to change her room to try and get her away from the loud people and music. Sunday could not come soon enough because from the lack of sleep, the conduct of new vacationers at the water park and general lack of respect for other guest that the new arrivals had made us want to never come back to this resort ever again. Nothing was ever done about the music and partying till the early AM on either Friday or Saturday night and that was completely unacceptable. On Saturday we tried again to go back down to the water park and left shortly thereafter because we were notified that we could not use the lazy river because it was down due to someone having a "mishap" in the lazy river and it had to go thru a 2 hour cleaning cycle. I wish I could give no stars at all and that is a shame because our first 3 days at the resort you had all 5 stars until the weekend hit. We will never return back to this resort.

We had a great time! The home was very nice and clean!!

The property was nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. Property management answered all questions and concerns promptly. The only down side was no tv in all the bedrooms.

Everything was perfect: the house, the swimming pool and the location. We felt as if we were at our home. Very nice

We had a blast! The parks are about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. The house is clean and the kids had so much fun in the Dino room. The pool was awesome, the sun hits it perfectly so it was freezing water. Their were plenty of towels and+ Morespace for our family of 7.

Hola, todo bien, casa limpia, salvo pequeños detalles, que pudimos resolver, tuvimos que comprar abridor para vinos pues no habia, compramos greca para café pues la electrica estaba sucia, pero en general la casa es buena, todo es nuevo y tuvimos+ Moreunos días maravillosos
